I am so sorry you are here, but so glad you have found me.

HELLO, I’M SUE.

As a single mother to 4 teenagers with their own mental health difficulties, suicide-loss survivor, dog-lover and fan of yoga and nature, I have spent 15 years training in counselling and psychology so I could support people like you.

Societal norms may lead us to feel the shame and stigma of suicide but that doesn’t mean we have to live in it. It IS possible to arm yourself with what you need to survive suicide loss and live a meaningful life again.

Join me as I share the most important elements that helped me heal as much as I can after the loss of my brother 6 years ago.
