My Story

If I hadn’t lived through it myself, I might not have believed how heavy grief can get – especially when you’re still raising children who need you.

When I lost my brother to suicide, my world split open. I wasn’t just grieving his death – I was studying counselling psychology, trying to hold it together for my kids, answering impossible questions, and functioning on the outside when everything inside me felt broken.

What I couldn’t have prepared for was that years later, I would walk a second path through this grief – this time supporting my own teenage son through his mental health crisis and his own suicidality. Holding space for him while still healing my own wounds became one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do.

There were days I couldn’t feel anything. Other days I felt everything, all at once – guilt, shock, anger, fear. I kept showing up. Working. Parenting. Pretending. And falling apart quietly at night when no one was watching.

It wasn’t until I found trauma-informed tools, a compassionate community, learnt how to understand how my teenager’s nervous system worked and had space to be real with my grief that healing slowly began. Not fixing. Not forgetting. Just learning how to feel again. How to breathe. How to live with the pain without being drowned by it.

I created this program because I know how isolating this path can feel. I know how many parents like you are still trying to carry everyone else’s needs on your back whilst inside, you are quietly breaking.

You don’t have to do this alone. There’s a way forward that honours your grief, your strength, and your story. And I would be honoured to walk that path with you.

You’re not failing. You’re grieving.

And that deserves understanding and acceptance, not pressure.

My 3-Step Process to Healing

Phase 1: Release

Release the pressure to “be strong” and create a safe space for your emotions. Through EMDR-informed practices and guided exercises, you’ll calm your nervous system, notice emotional patterns, and gently let go of guilt and shame.
For your children and teens: You’ll learn how grief affects developing brains and how your emotional safety helps your children feel secure and supported in expressing their own feelings.

Phase 2: Rise

Rise above the overwhelm. You’ll gain practical, trauma-informed tools to manage intense emotions, stay grounded, and set healthy boundaries — even during challenging parenting moments.
For your children and teens: Understand how grief impacts your child’s or teen’s behavior and emotions. You’ll learn ways to support them through their unique grief journey while maintaining your own stability and presence.

Phase 3: Rediscover

Reconnect with yourself, your values, and your life beyond grief. Rebuild confidence as a parent and deepen your understanding of how your children and teens process loss differently. Begin to reimagine life and parenting with hope, inner strength, and intention.
For your children and teens: As you reclaim your life, you model resilience and teach healthy coping skills, giving your children tools to navigate grief while feeling seen, understood, and supported.

Giving Back

When you invest in RECLAIM – For Parents, a portion of every course purchase is donated to suicide grief charities across the world, supporting families and individuals impacted by suicide.

By joining the course, you’re not only taking steps toward your own healing, you’re also helping others in the suicide grief community access critical support and resources.

Thank you.

No – this is not a therapy group.

Although the programme is trauma-informed and facilitated by a registered counselling psychologist and EMDR therapist (HCPC and BPS accredited), this course is not therapy, and your participation does not fall under those professional accreditations.

The Reclaim You programme is a psychoeducational space offering structured tools, emotional regulation practices, guided journaling, and peer connection through the community area. This programme is not suitable for crisis care or those requiring ongoing mental health support.

RECLAIM – For Parents is a self-paced, on-demand course designed to fit into your life as a grieving parent. The programme includes:

  • Video Vault: Step-by-step modules following the Release → Rise → Rediscover framework, each focusing on practical tools and emotional support.

You can progress through the modules at your own pace, revisiting videos and exercises whenever you need a refresher. There are no deadlines, so you can fit it around parenting responsibilities and personal healing.

Due to the nature of the programme with the live community we do not offer refunds once the programme begins. Please read all course materials and reach out with questions before signing up to make sure it’s the right fit for you.

Grief is not a straight path, and neither is this course. RECLAIM – For Parents is designed to be completely flexible, allowing you to move through the modules at your own pace. All videos, worksheets, and exercises remain available to you for a lifetime, so you can revisit them whenever you need.

Access to the Rebuild Community lasts for three months, giving you connection and support as you progress – but it can be renewed for £37 per month if you want ongoing community support.

There’s no expectation to keep up perfectly. Showing up in whatever way you can is more than enough.

If you’re currently in crisis or require 1:1 mental health care, this course may not be right for you at this time. While the programme is trauma-aware, it is not designed for high-intensity emotional processing.

We provide a list of recommended therapeutic resources and crisis support organisations inside the course for anyone needing additional help.

A Note for You

You don’t have to navigate this journey alone. Healing is possible, and it begins with connection, compassion, and the right support.

You don’t have to put on a brave face here.

You don’t have to carry the shame, the questions, or the grief alone.

There is no timeline for healing. But there is a path.

Let’s walk it – together.

You are not broken. You are grieving. And there is a way through.
