Payment Options & Commitment

We offer flexible payment options to make the retreat more accessible, while also honouring the commitment required to hold your place.

You can choose one of the following:

  • Pay in full at the time of booking (best value) (payment includes a £500 non-refundable deposit)

  • Monthly payment plan over 6 months (as outlined in your chosen room option)

By selecting a payment plan, you are committing to complete all scheduled payments in full.

Securing Your Place

Your place is secured once either:

  • Full payment is made, or

  • Your first monthly instalment is received

All payment plans are agreed at the time of booking.

Monthly Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan:

  • Payments will be taken monthly over 6 months

  • You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available

  • All instalments must be completed before the retreat begins

Missed or Failed Payments

We understand that life can feel unpredictable, especially in grief. If a payment is missed:

  • You will be contacted and given 7 days to resolve the payment

  • If payment is not received within this time, your place may be released

Any payments already made are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you are struggling, please reach out – we will always aim to handle this with care and clarity.

Cancellations

More than 90 days before the retreat start date:

  • If you pay in full at the time of booking you will receive a refund of any payments made, minus the £500 non-refundable deposit.

  • If you pay via a payment plan, all payments made to the date of cancellation are non-refundable. No further payments will be taken after the cancellation is made.

Within 90 days of the retreat start date:
No refunds can be issued, as it is unlikely we will be able to fill your place at short notice.

Transfers

Where possible, you may:

  • Transfer your place to another participant, or

  • Request to move to a future retreat

This is not guaranteed and depends on availability.

If We Need to Cancel

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the retreat (e.g., due to illness, low enrolment, or other unforeseen circumstances), you will receive a full refund, including your deposit. We are not responsible for travel or other personal expenses incurred.

Location and Flights

Herefordshire is in the South West of England and all roads to the accommodation are car friendly. The closest train and bus station is Hereford which is then a 30 minute car journey to the accommodation.
The closest airports are Bristol or Birmingham followed by Heathrow and offer flights from across the world. If you need to know anything else about getting to the venu please do get in touch with me directly and I will do what I can to help.
