Transformational Grief Retreats for Suicide Loss

Healing Together, One Sacred Step at a Time

When someone you love dies by suicide, your world fractures.

Time stops. Meaning dissolves. Your nervous system spins between numbness and overwhelm. You might be functioning on the outside – but inside, you’re drowning in grief, guilt, confusion, and questions no one can answer.

Our Suicide Grief Retreats offer a sacred space for healing – away from daily pressures, inside the quiet presence of nature, and supported by therapeutic guidance grounded in compassion, science, and personal understanding.

Why Retreat?

Grief after suicide is unlike any other. It’s traumatic. Complex. Often silenced or misunderstood.

These retreats were created for people like you – those navigating the raw landscape of sudden, devastating loss. Whether you are early in your grief or years down the road but still feel stuck, these retreats provides a container for deep, embodied healing.

  • Guided therapeutic grief coaching sessions – grounded in evidence-based models like Continuing Bonds, Worden’s Tasks of Mourning, and the Dual Process Model
  • Group sharing & witness circles – in a confidential, non-judgemental setting
  • Movement and singing activities  to help ground the body and release more emotions
  • Creative & reflective self time – honouring your loved one and your evolving identity
  • Nourishing food, restful surroundings, and integration time
  • Optional: grounding practices like walking meditations, nature-based reflection, and journaling (no forced participation)
  • Optional: Additional days of individual EMDR for those wishing to delve deeper into their trauma (prices on request).

This is a therapeutic sanctuary where love is truly felt. A place where your grief is seen as sacred. And your healing is honoured as possible.
