Why We Became a Community Interest Company

In June 2026, Suicide Grief Support became a Community Interest Company (CIC) because we believe that specialist support after suicide loss should be rooted in community, compassion, and connection.

As a CIC, our purpose is not simply to deliver retreats and educational resources, but to reduce the stigma and isolation that so often accompany suicide bereavement and to contribute to suicide postvention efforts.

Unlike a traditional business, any surplus generated is reinvested into our mission to expand support and increase access for those who need it most.
