Welcome. You’ve landed in a place you never asked to be—yet here you are.
And I want you to know: I see you.
When someone you love dies by suicide, there is a door that closes behind you and the terrain ahead is fragile and impossible to understand.
What once felt certain becomes fragile.
There are the questions no one can answer.
The aching why’s. The could-I-have-known’s. The deep, unspoken shame.
It lives in the silence. In your body. In the dark.
But this grief—your grief—deserves to be met with care, not isolation.

I am creating various support packages because I know the quiet devastation this loss brings can be different for all of us.
And I also know the slow, powerful journey of reclaiming your life—not in spite of the pain, but through it.
This space is for women who want more than just to make it through the day.
It’s for those ready to gently, courageously begin the work of true healing and find purpose in their lives.
Whether you’ve lost your child, your partner, your sibling, or your parent—
You are not alone. And healing is possible. Even here. Even now.
Hi my name is Sue
And I get it.
If you’re reading this then it’s because you’re living with a kind of pain few truly grasp. I’ve been there too.
When my brother took his own life in 2015, it felt like everything I knew was shattered. He wasn’t just family—he was my closest confidant, my sense of safety, the person I relied on most.
His loss left me drowning in guilt, confusion, and a silence so heavy it felt suffocating. Even as someone training to become a psychologist, I felt lost—completely unequipped to face this heartbreak.
So, I did what many of us do: I kept moving forward. I stayed strong, held myself together, and tried to ignore the pain. For a while, it seemed to help. But eventually, the grief caught up, and I found myself exhausted, disconnected, and questioning everything—who I was now, what life could offer, and if healing was even possible.
But healing is possible. And it begins with small, intentional steps.
Now, I work with women navigating the complicated path of suicide loss. Together, we move beyond merely surviving to build lives filled with meaning, calm, and hope. You don’t have to face this alone—and you don’t have to erase your love or your grief to heal.
